Our latest addition, the Top Lake is a 5-acre water which is dissected by two large islands.
Stocked with nearly 500 double figure Carp, huge shoals of bream to 10lbs, Tench, Roach and Ide plus lots of Skimmers.
A perfect water for the general coarse angler, the lake has only been lightly fished until now and has been producing huge bags for the lucky few.
The majority of the swims have platforms and the lake is a perfect venue for holding group and club matches.
Set to become one of our show case match waters.

The Middle Lake (Members Only)
This 3.5 acre water is strictly Members only and holds prolific stocks of Bream/Tench/Roach/Rudd/
Perch/Catfish/and Carp all to specimen size.
The Carp go to over 30lbs and the resident population of 20lb class fish is exceptional with one Member Alex English Currently being Top Rod with 49 fish over double figures and 18 fish over 20lb topped by a 29lb mirror, on a three night session.
Multiple catches are common place and the average weight of the carp are 18lb plus.
The Cats go to over 40lb and are thriving on all the
live bait.
We have had the odd Eel turn up the biggest being 7lb by our resident catman Kevin Gill
Traditional Float Fisherman can really bag up on this lake and the Pole is devastating for quality Roach and Rudd that have never been hooked before Cruicans bigger than your hand, even bigger Tench and Perch that hover at the high end of 3lb.

The Bottom Lake (Day Ticket required)
The Bottom Lake is ideal for the smaller clubs and has 26 strong level platform that will take some beating for space and comfort.
There is a good head of Big bream and pleasure nets in the summer last year exceeded well over 120lbs on a regular basis. The carp of all sizes up to 20lbs and plentiful as well as Crucians, Roach, Rudd, Perch, Tench, Skimmers and Ide all to specimen size.
